S3 E14: Finding a Path to Service with Angelina Ugalde

In this episode of the Let's Be Naked Podcast, McKayla and Jenny talk with Angelina Ugalde. Angelina is a yoga teacher, coach, mama to her step-son, wife and middle school counselor by-day. She also has a masters of science in counseling psychology and uses her educational background to support her "Off The Mat" life coaching curriculum. Angelina also teaches monthly at a juvenile detention center to bring yoga and meditation to underserved youth in San Bernadino, CA. In this episode, we talk about finding a path to service, how we are all navigating through anxiety and the importance of bringing yoga off the mat and into our lives.

In this episode of the Let's Be Naked Podcast, McKayla and Jenny talk with Liz Vartanian Esber. Liz is a yogi, a restorative yoga teacher since 2010, a mama, a writer, baker and so much more. She lives in Austin, TX. Her classes often feel like a community hug and students are often surprised with crystals, mantra cards, glitter on the 3rd, or homemade goodies afterwards. She is the the co-author of The Living Mala and The Living Mantra as well as the author of Restore Yourself. In this episode, we talk about honoring all the ways we are human and how to create the necessary boundaries to make space to bring ourselves back in balance with ourselves.
